Parking on-site at the venue is all pre-booked and reserved, so please head to the closest paid parking which is available at Oxford station or Worcester Street car park.
Walking: If you are in Oxford and prefer to walk, The King’s Centre can be accessed by the Thames towpath from Folly Bridge or Osney Island.
Rail: The King’s Centre is just a 10 – 15 minute walk from Oxford rail station or Connection by 001 Taxi, 01865 240000.
For BioForward we are adopting a ‘Covid Conscious’ approach, which is in-line with current UK Government guidelines.
There will not be social distancing on-site, but the venue is large and open, so there will be plenty of space for free and easy movement.
The wearing of face masks isn’t mandatory, but we will have a large supply on site for guests to use if they wish.
We will be asking all delegates to take a lateral flow test before they come onsite and kindly ask them not to attend should they receive a positive result.
The venue will be deep cleaned just prior to the event, all surfaces will be re-cleaned throughout the day and we will have plenty of antibacterial wipes available on all partnering and exhibition tables. Hand sanitiser will also be available for guests to use throughout the venue.
All catering will be pre-boxed so no shared buffets.
